We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday within 2–3 business days.
Transit Time
Estimated transit time is 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Estimated Delivery
The estimated delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days after an order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of circumstances outside our control.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM.
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible purchases.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and offer exchanges for eligible products. Returns may be made in store or by mail.
A return label is included in the package for mail returns, and we do not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the return has been received and reviewed. Additional processing time may be required by the payment provider or financial institution.
